How do you engage 150 experts to develop future views on social innovation and to understand the right policy approach to support social innovation? This monumental task was undertaken in the collaboration between work packages on each of the policy fields and the work package on Foresight and Policy. During February and March, the final policy field Foresight and Policy Workshops of SI-DRIVE have been conducted. Workshops were held in Leiden (employment, energy), London (health and social care; poverty reduction and sustainable development), Dortmund (education), Gelsenkirchen (mobility), Vienna (environment). Some 50 external experts joined the 100 internal experts on social innovation to develop future views on social innovation and to deduct policy recommendation.
